After 25 years in the corporate world, I made a career change that better aligned with my values—helping people understand themselves and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I'm a fully registered psychologist based in Newcastle, NSW.

​I believe in creating a safe space where you can be yourself, ask questions without judgment, and work collaboratively toward understanding and growth. My approach is warm and engaging, shaped by decades of listening and genuinely caring about the people I work with.
