I'm a fully registered psychologist based in Newcastle, NSW, working with adults, adolescents, and children.

 

My Approach

 

I'm warm, direct, and genuinely curious about the people I work with. Sessions tend to feel more like a real conversation than a formal appointment — I ask questions, listen carefully, and I'll be honest with you about what I think.

I work with people navigating difficult times — whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, or something else entirely — as well as those who simply want space to reflect, explore, and better understand themselves. I also offer psychological assessment for those seeking a clearer picture of how they or their child thinks and learns.

I have particular experience working with neurodivergent adults and young people, and understand that finding a psychologist who actually gets it can make all the difference.
