Fees and Cancellation Policy

Standard Consultation Fee

$245 per 50-minute session (rebates may be available through Private Health Insurance depending on your level of cover).

Medicare Rebates (Mental Health Care Plan)

If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Medicare rebate: $98.95 per session
Out of pocket cost: $146.05

NDIS

We welcome NDIS participants who are Self-managed or Plan-managed.

Sessions are charged at the current NDIS Psychology rate:

$232.99 per session

Other Accepted Referrals

We also accept referrals and funding through:

Workers Compensation
CTP (Motor Accident) Insurance

Diagnostic Assessments and Reports

A detailed quote will be provided during the intake session.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. To ensure appointment times can be offered fairly to all clients, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with more than 2 business days incur no charge.
Cancellations made within 2 business days, or non-attendance without notice will incur the full session fee.

Please note that cancellation fees are not claimable from Medicare, Workers Compensation, or CTP insurers and are your personal financial responsibility.
